He was a Ferengi officer and served and served aboard Goss's Marouder. In 2366, he through Barzan Wormhole.  Ge went through with a shuttle of the Enterprise-D. The shuttles went to the Delta Quadrant by mistake. Of course the Ferengi refused to follow the shuttlepod back through the wormhole and Kol and Arridor were stuck there.
