He was a Ferengi doctor. Incapacing a Federation officer with Kol and Daimon Goss, while representing the Ferengi alliance in 2366, going through the Barzan Wormhole. He placed pyracytes on his palm so they would infect Mendoza when they met and shook hands. He and Kol then took a wormhole through the Delta Quadrant.
